Thilo cleaned the tiles in our pool and was able to completely remove the layers of calcium deposits. He was detail oriented and made it clear he was dedicated to customer satisfaction. He cleaned up after the job was done and left our pool looking fabulous! I’ve included some before and after shots. These after-shots were taken before he had vacuumed out the residue but you can clearly see the difference in the tile. Great experience!!

Moosehead Pool Services was a positive experience from my initial consultation with Keaton the owner, to Thilo who actually did the work. Both were communicative and punctual. Thilo did an excellent job blasting this black ring from around our pool, sealing the tile and removing calcium buildup. My pool looks fantastic! Thilo did such a good job plus he is very knowledgeable about not just maintaining the pool but, the equipment as well. He impressed me so much I terminated my pool service with another company and hired him. I think I finally found a reliable company to maintain our pool. Thanks Thilo for all your hard work.

We have been using Moosehead Pools for all our pool equipment repairs for several years. Always do a fantastic job, quickly and at the best prices. Recently we had them remove calcium deposits from the waterline of the pool and hot tub. Not only were they the best price but our pool looks brand new. They removed the calcium deposits from our rocks and the tile and we cannot praise them enough for how it turned out. Thilo did a great job.
